- The minimum entry requirements for Ordinary Diploma in Information Technology (NTA Level 6) Programme shall be:
- Possession of basic technician certificate (NTA Level4) in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) related fields or equivalence established by NACTVET
- Possession of at least one subsidiary and one principle at A-Level excluding non-religious subjects or its equivalence set by NECTA.
- The minimum entry requirements for the Basic Technician Certificate in Information Technology (NTA Level4) programme shall be:
– Possession of Secondary School Education Certificate (CSEE) with at least four passes. A pass grade in any grade score equivalent to “D” or higher. - The minimum entry qualifications for the Long courses are:

Should have obtained “O” Level secondary educationLevel II:
The trainee should have achieved CBET performance Grade C in Continuous assessment in level I Diesel Engine Mechanics, Motor Vehicle Mechanics, Truck Mechanics and Auto Electric. - The minimum entry qualifications for the Operation courses (Short courses) are:
- Should have a driving license (class D and above).
- Should have obtained at least primary education and above.
- The minimum entry qualifications for the Computer courses (Short courses) are:
- Should have obtained at least primary education and above.
